FAQ about shipping and deliveries.
We will briefly illustrate all the information necessary for your purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?
We operate worldwide, so we ship wherever an order is placed.
Shipping has a price if you place an order outside of Italy, the rates will be automatically available at checkout.

How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation.
The required shipping time varies from 24 to 48 working hours , as we manage products in stock which allow us to ship very quickly.

Is it possible to locate my package? 
Yes, it will be possible when we give you a valid tracking number for each product purchased. 
You can find the code provided directly in your account 24 hours after the date of the confirmed order. 
In any case, as soon as the tracking number is available, Light&More will send you a confirmation email informing you that the tracking number has been registered in your account.

What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery?

If there is no one at home to accept delivery of your order, you will be contacted by email or phone, the package will be put into storage and a second delivery will be made.
If the package is left in storage, a payment of €15.00 is required to be paid in cash to the courier.

Light&More is not responsible if the package is returned to the warehouse due to failure to collect by the customer.

Light&More reminds that the tracking code is very important not only to follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to verify if the package is put in storage.

What happens if I don't include the house number in the address?

If you forgot to enter the house number in your address, the courier will try several days to deliver it to you without success, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. After other delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication.

What happens if I enter a name different from the one shown on the intercom or mailbox?

If you have entered a name different from the one on your mailbox or intercom, the courier will try several days to deliver it without success, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. After other delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to the sender without further communication. 
Ex: My name is Mario De Rossi and I place an order writing “Mario Rossi” in the shipping data, the courier not finding the surname “Rossi” on the intercom will return without success, because he could not leave notices of storage to a post office box with a different name or knock on a home without authorization. Consequently, the delivery will be repeated in the following days and the same situation will repeat itself.

Light&More reminds its kind customers that if the name entered in the shipping data does not correspond to the one indicated on the post office box or on the intercom, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery, in any case it is possible to receive assistance by sending an email to lightemoreofficial@gmail.com

If I don't receive the package on time, what should I do?
If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your purchase, please email us at lightemoreofficial@gmail.com and make sure to specify your name/surname & order number. In the subject of the email specify “Order Not Received” and we will do our best to help you. In the rare cases where packages are lost , a second order will be sent, obviously at our expense, if there are problems with the second order (which is very rare) an immediate refund will be provided.
